Sometimes my Mom can exaggerate about things, but nine months after Carol and I began scouring listings and cruising all around Irvine I now know this was no exaggeration. We found this short sale property which looked like a good deal, and although Carol cautioned about the complexities and frustration that comes with the short sale, we went after it.
